2. Maintain and improve the satisfaction of our existing bank’s customers.

3. Becoming a leading bank in estate and tax services.

4. Increase awareness of Nagelmackers.

5. Increase the loyalty of the bank's customers and their potential descendants.

6. Doubling our market share (7%) within 5 years.

7. Become an innovative bank.

 

The objectives are prioritized according to their importance. It seems realistic to achieve those over a period of five years with a good marketing strategy.
