In order to make Nagelmackers’ employees as competent as possible, we believe implementing a Nagelmackers’ Academy would add a lot of value to its employees' advices to their clients. This would consist in giving to recently hired employees trainings about client relationships, Nagelmackers history and values, asset management (especially focused on our segments), family law basics, etc.

Using this method, employees would be way more efficient about understanding their clients’ needs and give them the best advices. This would also reinforce the brand image by making Nagelmackers a qualified institution.
It should be done in two or three days and finalized with a small test to ensure that the selected new employees will be able to fulfill the needs of the clients.
